Does it smell like beef fat?
No. TALOVA uses a triple-rendered tallow base for a neutral scent. You may notice a light botanical aroma from ingredients such as grapefruit and rosemary, but not a heavy beefy smell.
Will it feel greasy?
It is rich by design, but application matters. Warm a small amount between fingertips, press it into slightly damp skin and add more only where needed. Used this way, it should feel nourished, not coated.
Will tallow clog my pores?
No balm behaves identically on every skin type. TALOVA’s formula is designed to melt and absorb rather than sit like a heavy wax. If you are breakout-prone, patch-test first and begin with a very small amount.
