To preserve the purity and performance of your tallow-based formulations, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry space — always out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Please avoid placing your products in warm environments, such as:

  • Inside a parked car
  • Outdoors
  • Near windows or heat-emitting appliances

Excess heat may soften or melt natural ingredients like grass-fed tallow, gently altering texture or consistency. This change is purely aesthetic — the product’s integrity, efficacy, and safety remain entirely intact.

If your products begins to melt, simply place it upright in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to help restore its soft, whipped texture. While the finish may shift slightly, its rich, replenishing benefits remain beautifully unchanged.

What should I do if my Face + Body Balm has melted?

Our Face + Body Balm is thoughtfully formulated with rich, natural ingredients that may soften or melt in warmer climates. If your balm arrives softened, rest assured—this is completely normal and does not affect its purity or performance.

To restore its smooth, whipped texture, simply place the balm upright in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes. While the texture may shift slightly after melting, its deeply nourishing benefits remain beautifully intact. For best results, store in a cool, dry place to maintain its ideal consistency.
