FAQs
Beef fat, on my face?
Rendered tallow is a purified lipid, not the fat you would find in a pan. For most of human history it was the moisturizer. What replaced it was not better science, it was cheaper raw material.
Does it smell?
No. Properly rendered, grass-fed tallow is close to odourless. What you notice is the botanical blend, which reads soft and green rather than sweet.
Will it clog my pores?
